Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items Must Be: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items: Swimwear, intimates, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. 1 Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 2 Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number via email.
  3. 3 Ship items back in original packaging with the RA number clearly marked.
  4. 4 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.

Refund Details

Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Store Credit: Optional store credit available for faster processing with no expiration.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you!
